Gracie Clevenger

Gracie's real estate journey began in high school, where she worked alongside her father as he remodeled homes. After college, she attended law school at the University of Missouri before relocating to Wilmington to begin her career as a real estate attorney, gaining valuable insight into the legal side of property transactions.

Growing up in a large family, she understands how meaningful a home can be. Her parents’ home has always been the center of family gatherings, filled with lasting memories and shared moments. That perspective fuels her passion for helping others find not just a house, but a place where their own memories can grow. Gracie is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process with care, knowledge, and enthusiasm.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys knitting gifts for family and friends and spending time outdoors with her dogs. You’ll often find her at Freeman Park, one of her favorite spots in the Wilmington area, where she loves driving onto the beach with her husband and dogs and spending the day playing fetch by the water. She’s also always on the lookout for a great sandwich, with local favorites including Cousins Deli, The Half, and Fox’s Hole in the Wall.
